The Brief

We were called out to a property in Cobham where water was building up from leaking pipework and a WC, showing through the latex ceiling above an indoor swimming pool. The customer needed the source found and dealt with quickly before more damage was done to the ceiling and the pool area below.

What We Did

  • Gained access: Gained access for inspection in the adjacent plant room.
  • Traced the leak: Identified the source of the leak.
  • Carried out the repair: Replaced the leaking pipe, and removed and repaired the WC.
  • Made good: Made good the area of inspection back to how we found it.
  • Arranged specialist finishing: Sourced a specialist company to repair the latex ceiling.
